I believe that healing is something we can always work on, or relax into.
My approach is understanding that it's often just a matter of noticing the excesses and deficiencies, where those excesses are, and how they feel in your body.
From there, the work is nourishing you to strengthen that which feels weak, and using Zen Shiatzu to disperse the excess.
I'm describing a Traditional Chinese Medicine approach, but I first got into healing amidst the wisdom and Torah of R' Nachman of Breslov. I followed that wisdom to the East, where the longest-running active tradition was developed, and is still flourishing.
I studied, trained, and received my certification in the practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine under renowned practitioner and author, Paul Pitchford, at his Heartwood Institute in California. It was there that I grounded my very elemental Breslov-based healing principles into the world's most reliable and traditional system of health and restoration: Traditional Chinese Medicine.
I'm from Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and Jerusalem, but these days I call Moshav Aviezer my home. I share my home with my wonderful wife Elisheva and we are blessed to have four daughters.
Aviezer is about 8 minutes from Beit Shemesh, and RBSא. I offer treatment in the form of home visits to the residents of Beit Shemesh, Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.
